What we require to clear your import Seafreight Consignment:

  • A Commercial invoice for the goods
  • Free Trade Agreement, Certificate of Origin (COO)
  • Bill of Lading
  • Suppliers Packing List
  • Quarantine Packing Declaration
  • AUSCUS – Letter of Authority
  • Fumigation Certificate to Australian Quarantine Standard– where applicable

*Depending on the type of commodity, our Licensed  Customs Brokers at AUSCUS, will advise if any further documents are required for your clearances.

What we require to clear your Airfreight Consignment:

  • A Commercial invoice for the goods
  • Free Trade Agreement, Certificate of Origin (COO)
  • Air Waybill
  • AUSCUS Letter of Authority

*Depending on the type of commodity, our Licensed  Customs Brokers at AUSCUS, will advise if any further documents are required for your clearances.

What we require to clear your Postal Clearances :

  • Copy of Arrival Notice from Australia Post
  • Commercial invoice for the goods you paid for
  • AUSCUS – Letter of Authority
  • AUSCUS – Credit Card Authority Form
  • If you do not have a receipt or Commercial invoice to make your personal declaration
